Woven together, like the stories of the women who’ve inspired the Basra Tapestry, Huphaino is a testament to the research methodology behind the collection. Each ribbon of chiffon is hand-cut and delicately intertwined to form a grid of texture and depth, like the threads of myth and memory passed through generations. The tank top is made to hang off the body with a slightly sculptural silhouette, and mild flare.  The woven texture punctuates movement, allowing for comfort and flow.
