The "great river" or outer sea encircling the earth
Okeanos is made from handwoven organza and French lace, made from thought, trials and a series of modified techniques developed by our family of artisans in West Bengal to allow for organza that drapes upon the body, instead of standing upon it.
The concept and colours of Okeanos are reminiscent of the waves of the sea creeping upon the fading shoreline within Botticelli’s Birth of Venus, drawing motifs that take into consideration the movement of the Ocean.
Blouse Fabric Included: Satin in the same colour as the baby-blue border.
