Desmos Sari
Desmos is made in silk organza, with a pallu built from different types of cotton lace that come together to form a plaid-like, cage-inspired structure. Each piece of lace is individually attached to the sari through hand embroidery, creating an intricate framework across the sheer organza.
Pearls and glass beads are scattered throughout the motif, adding texture, light and a little bit of magic to the structure. The delicate lace against the transparency of the organza creates a tension between softness and restraint, bringing the idea of the female form being held within a cage to life.
