Structured and sculptural, the Ereido Dress is crafted from textured georgette and satin in shades of cerulean, ivory and burgundy. The neckline curves into a softly exaggerated, pointed collar, embroidered with motifs inspired by the clamshell in Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus. 

The dress draws attention to the smaller details, from the way the straps follow a tapered path over the collarbones to the delicate shaded print, which reimagines the painting in a deconstructed form. Along the borders, motifs developed by Óasi from the flowing lines of Venus’s hair frame the garment, bringing together the painting’s forms in a new composition.
