Ancient Greek for “wheel” or “circular motion.”

Trokhós takes inspiration from the curved, rotating forms of ocean waves and the lightness of sea foam. Made from salmon-pink chiffon, the floor-length duster uses ruffles to recreate the wheel-like movement of breaking waves. The ruffles run along the centre button placket and down the centre of each balloon sleeve, translating the movement of water into the construction of the garment.

The duster is cut in panels for a better fit, with the sleeves finished with cuffs to balance their volume. Buttons allow the piece to be worn open or closed, letting the layers of chiffon and ruffles move freely around the body.
